In celebration of Women's History Month, the City Schools of Decatur is excited to announce the second annual Elizabeth Wilson Lecture Series featuring the Honorable Patti Garrett. This annual event, named in honor of the City of Decatur's first Black mayor and city commissioner, seeks to enhance civic engagement among Decatur High School students by offering them an opportunity to engage with Ms. Wilson and her esteemed guests of pioneers in leadership and service. We invite the community to attend this lecture series at the Performing Arts Center of Decatur High School on Thursday, March 19, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
