CSD BOE Retreat, August 18, 2026
The City Schools of Decatur Board of Education will hold an in-person retreat on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Decatur High School's Hospitality Suite, located at 310 N. McDonough St., Decatur, GA 30030.
During the retreat, the board will receive presentations from partner organizations, the Charter System Foundation, the Georgia School Boards Association, and Jones Archeology Consulting, Corp. The board will examine the results of the 2025-2026 Advanced Placement (AP) exams, International Baccalaureate (IB) assessments, Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS) scores, and the district's school climate survey.
