Constituent Services

CSD values input from our students, staff, and school community stakeholders. We recognize that our district has accomplishments worth celebrating, as well as concerns that may need support from system leaders to be addressed and resolved. 

CSD Constituent Services is a centralized process to connect you to the correct information, department, or person to help answer your questions, find the best way to share your good news, or resolve concerns.

Common Constituent Issues & Concerns

CSD believes that concerns are best handled as close to their origin as possible. The quickest way to address school-related issues is to first raise the concern with local school staff, up to and including the principal. School staff may receive support from other departments or school system personnel when processing inquiries or concerns, in the form of providing general information, directing constituents to the correct school or department, and/or bringing impacted parties together for a resolution.

If additional support beyond your child's school is needed to address an unresolved issue, you may submit it using the ResolveCSD Constituent Services Form. CSD aims to provide an initial response to all concerns within 48 business hours upon receipt and review.
