School Counseling
Our school counselors work collaboratively with school leaders, staff, students, families, and our CSD community to provide comprehensive, data-driven programming, ongoing support and consultation. This includes assistance and intervention within the Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS). School counselors deliver preventive and responsive services through school-wide programs, classroom lessons, individual and small group meetings, and ongoing consultation and support with teachers and parents.
School Counselor Referrals
If you are concerned about yourself or someone else, you may complete the general K-12 referral form, linked below. The school counselors will review the form and connect the person with the appropriate resources. Students may refer themselves for services or be referred by a friend, teacher, parent or concerned community member. Referrals are anonymous unless the person chooses to identify themselves.
