The Facilities and Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds district-wide. We are committed to a high level of service and to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all.

Additionally, the office oversees:

• Construction: Additions, renovations, ADA modifications, and new construction

• Master Planning: Life cycle analysis, space utilization, instructional space adequacy, and capital expenditure planning

• Custodial Services: Maintain a clean and inviting educational environment

• Energy Management: Monitor and track energy usage for all district facilities, implement best practices, and identify opportunities for energy-efficient improvements.

• Sustainability: Reduce carbon footprint and environmental impact by implementing effective and sustainable operations, reducing our reliance on non-renewable resources, minimizing the usage of chemicals and implementing the use of carbon-neutral/recycled building materials.
