Welcome to College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center (CHECLC). Here at College Heights we create a safe, caring environment where we provide students with a love of knowledge, the courage to excel and a sense of being part of a community. Students are encouraged to enjoy their learning, to show compassion and tolerance, embrace diversity, and develop a sense of self.

The success of our students is built on the partnership we have with our families and the Decatur community. I am grateful that we have such an amazing relationship with our school family and we believe College Heights is a place where families are proud to send their children. Our entire staff works very hard to create a positive environment where every person’s unique strengths and skills are celebrated. Our focus on students’ academic success and their social and emotional well-being creates an environment where students do amazing things every year.
