Mr. Withers joined the City Schools of Decatur as a kindergarten teacher in 1992.Since then he has also taught 3rd and 4th grade as a regular classroom teacher. Currently, he is an Intervention Teacher with the Early Intervention Program (EIP) serving students in reading and math in 4th and 5th grade.
