Restorative Practices and Behavior Support
Mission: The Office of Restorative Practices and Behavior Support addresses the needs of the whole student by identifying challenges, supporting families, and removing the barriers that impede a student’s ability to achieve social, emotional, and academic wellness.
Vision: Promote the development and meet the needs of the whole student, so they may realize their full potential, thrive as productive global citizens, ignite positive change, and create a more just and equitable world.We assist students, staff, and families by providing the following prevention and intervention services.

My Why: Benjamin E. Mays once said, “Every man and woman is born into the world to do something unique and something distinctive and if he or she does not do it, it will never be done.” I believe that with the right recipe of support, guidance, and nurturance, every student can grow into their purpose and contribute to a kind, connected, and compassionate world.
My Role: As the Director of Restorative Practices and Behavior Support, I assist in building and maintaining the infrastructure of support so that all CSD students feel safe, seen, and successful.

My ‘Why’: I endeavor to be a Barrier Breaker & Roadblock Remover so that my team can support ALL students' holistic wellness and success.
My Role: I support CSD Professional School Counselors as we implement a district-wide Comprehensive Counseling Program.

My Why: I believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect, irrespective of their backgrounds or challenges. I champion autonomy and self-determination, supporting individuals' rights to make choices and helping them access resources for success.
My Role: I oversee student well-being initiatives and crisis interventions, advocate for student rights, collaborate on inclusive learning environments, provide behavioral consultation, manage data collection for service improvement, and ensure comprehensive support for students, families, and staff.

My Role: My role involves providing educators with effective tools for behavior management for general and special education students through Positive Behavior Interventions and Support and behavior intervention plans.
