Cheers and Tears is a long-standing Glennwood tradition on the first day of school. The event will take place after morning drop-off on Tuesday, July 30th from 8:20 am – 9:20 am. Please join us to toast (or cry) with other Glennwood parents as we commemorate the first day of this school year. We will have coffee and donuts so come and join us!!

The GL PTA Rocks! As you can see from the events above, they are super-involved in all back-to-school activities and much, much more. The PTA works to enhance the educational experience of all Glennwood students by supporting teachers and staff, organizing fundraisers for items not covered by the school budget, and planning and hosting community-building events. Through fundraising efforts, the PTA supports many offerings and initiatives including classroom libraries, teacher and parent grants, field trips and guest speakers for all students, facility enhancements, and various community-building events. The PTA is still looking for volunteers for the following roles:
