Ordering Transcripts
Welcome to Parchment Exchange. Decatur High School is offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer. Make sure to use a different email address than your DHS email because this account will be deactivated post-graduation. If you experience any difficulties, please contact us at 404-370-4170, extension 2165.

1 - Please go to the Parchment Website
2 - Click on "NEW LEARNER ACCOUNT" and select the button for "I do not have a registration code", then follow the directions as prompted.
- SENIORS AS SOON AS YOU HAVE MADE YOUR FINAL DECISION in the spring, YOU MAY REQUEST YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT. To send your final transcript at the end of the year, make sure you select "HOLD FOR GRADES" which is available in the dropdown menu (down arrow) to the right of the green button that reads “SEND NOW”.
- If you need a transcript mailed, please email klanum@csdecatur.net with the student name as it appears in the portal, college/university name, and college/university address.
- Please use an email address that is NOT your school email address, because once you graduate these email addresses will be disabled.

Former Student's High School Diploma Request
Decatur High School does not retain copies of high school diplomas. If you are in need of a replacement high school diploma, you will need to follow these instructions:Send a Money Order in the amount of $45.00To: Decatur High SchoolAttn: Counseling Department310 North McDonough StreetDecatur, GA 30030Please include the following:- Your full name when you graduated
- The year you graduated
- Contact phone number
- Email address
Turn around time for a replacement diploma is six to eight weeks.

For the most expedient processing, turn this form in to your counselor via email at least 1 week prior to the absence.
