The Action Team will answer the question, “How will we know when we have arrived?” The Action Team is facilitated by GSBA and is responsible for drafting the performance measures to indicate success towards the goals. The Action Team is also responsible for creating the Initiatives and Action Steps that the staff will apply to ensure achievement of the stated goals. This team is comprised of district team leaders for each goal area of the plan and district and school leaders representing each school level. 

The Action Teams will begin their work on November 10.
