  • Does Your Student Need a Coat?

Our ESOL & Federal Program is dedicated to ensuring our students have access to an appropriate education by providing resources to eliminate academic barriers. In response to one area of need, we have collected winter coats that are available for distribution to students in need. Please click on the link below and complete the form to make a coat request. Please complete 1 form per student request.

Does Your Student Need a Hygiene Kit?

Our ESOL & Federal Program partnered with the community non-profit organization, H.O.P.E., a group of teachers, social workers, administrators, school nurses, secretaries, parents, grandparents, neighbors, and school staff who donated 100 hygiene kits to kids whose families are in transition and kids in need. These hygiene kits are available for pick-up at every school and at the Wilson Center. Please click on the link below and complete the form to make a hygiene kit request. Please complete 1 form per student request.

Does Your Family Need Food Assistance This Summer?

Our ESOL & Federal Program understands that as summer approaches, some students and families may experience food insecurity. We would like to share a resource from the Georgia Department of Education, called FoodFinder. FoodFinder is a mobile and web app created by a graduate of Georgia public schools that allows families to find food distribution sites (including food pantries, drive-through distributions, and school meal providers) based on their location. Please use the link below to access this resource.
