K-12th Grade New Student Virtual Registration
Step One: Gather your supporting documentation
Information about the required documents is available on the Required Registration Documentation page. Parents/guardians will be required to scan and upload documents in step 2. Please ensure the documents you upload are in PDF format (although single-page documents can be submitted as a JPEG or PNG file). Before uploading any documents, please ensure the document text is legible.
Step Two: Complete the CSD online registration form. (If you see a login page, please close the browser and re-attempt link.)
Step Three: Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send the following information in the email:
- Application number- This number is found in the top right corner of your application. Please write this number down when you begin your application because you will not see it once you submit your application.
- Your child’s name
- Your name
Once this information is received and all required documents have been uploaded, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your child’s conditional enrollment.
Why conditional enrollment and what does that mean for my child?
All students registered during the virtual process will be given conditional enrollment status. Conditionally enrolled students will be treated exactly like students registered during our in-person registration process for purposes of school placement and scheduling. It is a requirement that residency documentation be submitted in person during the registration process. We are temporarily lifting that requirement so we can continue with the registration process. Residency documentation and possibly other electronically-submitted documents will be required to be submitted in person at the Wilson School Support Center once the system can reopen. The conditional status will be removed once residency documents are physically presented for verification. More information about this process will be communicated once the school district can reopen.
Please note: Falsification of any information or document required for residency verification or the use of an address of another person without actually residing there may result in the following:
- Revocation of student enrollment;
- Being held liable to reimburse the district for expenses incurred to educate the student(s); and
- Criminal or civil action for fraud, intentional or negligent misrepresentation, and any other actions allowed by law.
Students currently attending a CSD school are automatically enrolled for the next school year and do not need to go through the registration process. Parents will be asked to verify residency when their student enters kindergarten, 3rd grade, 6th grade, and 9th grade.
