For the 2019-2020 school year, Talley Street Upper Elementary School will be a Title 1 Targeted Assistance School. Talley Street qualifies as a Title 1 Targeted Assistance School by having a percentage of students receiving free or reduced lunch that is higher than the district average. Students will be eligible for Title 1 services based on their ranking from the school’s universal screeners.
