• By June 2021, Decatur High School will strengthen school and community relationships in order to create a more inclusive and equitable learning community through these three sub-goals:

    • As data on academic achievement and other student outcomes are disaggregated and analyzed, DHS will see high comparable performance for all black and white students, and achievement/performance gaps are virtually non-existent. (Data: EOCs, MAP, IB/AP exams)
    • The entrance, involvement in, and full participation of learners in all programs at DHS that match their post-secondary goals. (Data: DP demographics, AP demographics, Adv course participation demographics, IB Career, Dual Enrollment)
    • The full investment of all students, staff, parents, guardians, and community in pursuing learning and excellence in an anti-racist, accepting, safe, valued, and respectful environment that is free from threat, humiliation, danger and disregard. (Data: Voice Box, Tripod surveys)
