Kindergarten students check out one book at a time to read in their classrooms. 

1st grade students check out two books at a time to read in their classrooms. As we become experienced library patrons through the practice of choosing and returning books, we will collaborate with 1st grade teachers to determine when students are ready to take their books home.

2nd grade students may check out two books at a time.

Families may check out a maximum of four books at a time for a loan period of seven days. Information for family checkout can be found here.

The book loan period is one week, but books may be renewed any time. Books with a waiting list may only be renewed twice consecutively.
