Attention families that do not have their children enrolled in CSD during 2009-2010 but intend to during 2010-2011:
Registration began February 1, 2010 at Westchester.

K-12 Registration can only take place at the Central Office at Westchester, 758 Scott Boulevard, between the hours of 8-11 am and 1-4 pm.
When registering students new to City Schools of Decatur the following documentation is required:
- certified birth certificate
- social security card
- Georgia state immunization form (3231)
- Georgia state hearing, vision and dental screening form (3300
- verification of residency (see chart below)
One of these is required |
- Mortgage/Deed/Lease (student's name must be on housing authority lease)
- Payment/Coupon Book
- Property Tax
- Settlement Statement

and one of these (current within last 30 days) |
- Electric bill
- Water bill
- Gas bill
- Cable bill
- Telephone bill (land line only)

A check or a driver’s license is not adequate proof of residence. Verification of residency is not required for tuition students.
